    Bar Waiter
    The Bar Waiter is responsible for drink services in lounges, at pool areas and dining rooms. You are responsible for keeping your work station clean, orderly and properly set. The Bar Waiter must learn the bar menu and know the glass and garnish for each drink. The Bar waiter must speak fluent English and preferably Greek or another tourist language (German, Russian, Italian etc).

Minimum requirements: High School education or higher; a minimum of one (1) year beverage-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bartender
The Bartender must provide fast, professional and courteous service to the guests. As a member of the Beverage Staff, you will need to serve several guests at one time. You must handle orders smoothly, efficiently and pleasantly. All Bartenders must comply with the European Public Health regulations. Most importantly, you must know your cocktail/bar mixes and know the proper glass and garnish for each drink. The Bartender must speak fluent English and preferably Greek or another tourist language (German, Russian, Italian etc).

Minimum requirements: High school education or vocational; a minimum of three(3) years beverage-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Fitness Staff

The Fitness Staff provide all fitness and sports activities for hotel guests. Aerobic instructors must be preferably certified in CPR and First Aid. Additional leisure or service  duties may apply.
Minimum requirements: Certified Aerobic/Fitness Instructor, strong customer service skills. Must also be certified in CPR and First Aid.  The Fitness Staff must speak fluent English and preferably Greek or another tourist language (German, Russian, Italian etc).

Group/Event Coordinator
The Group Coordinator is a key contact for the hotel facilities. The basis of this job is to coordinate and ensure that all events and functions proceed smoothly, professionally and efficiently. The Events Coordinator works directly under the Hotel Manager and coordinates with all department heads, managers and supervisors to ensure that all proceeds smoothly with the in house events and activities.  The main objective is to assist the the customers with any in house functions.

Minimum requirements: Previous experience as a Group/Event Coordinator/Administrator or Trip Director; Experience in Public relations is required. The Coordinator must speak fluent English and preferably Greek or another tourist language (German, Russian, Italian etc).

Guest Relations
The Guest Relations Officer is responsible in ensuring the guest receives total customer satisfaction. You must be capable of handling all complaints and problems to the guest's satisfaction. Duties and responsibilities include support at reception desk,  handling  repeaters matters, VIP, and travel agent hosting and forwarding all invitations to the guests; reporting customers issues and requests; solving any guest complaints or problems; making public announcements in several languages as directed.

Minimum requirements: Strong public relations/customer service experience. Additional languages are a definite asset for this position.  The Guests Relations must speak fluent English and German and preferably Greek or another tourist language ( Russian, Italian etc).

Lifeguard
The Lifeguard is responsible for supervising the safety of the guest in the pool area.
Minimum requirements: Current Lifeguard certification is necessary and previous experience working as a Lifeguard.

Concierge / Porter
The Concierge / Porter  is a key "front line" contact for the customers. Duties are similar of that at the front desk of a fine hotel. The Porter  has to assure that they provide total customer satisfaction. Duties include giving information; foreign exchange, handling customer complaints and inquiries; room changes, lost and found, safety deposit boxes, minor room repairs, handling of luggage, room service and similar

Minimum requirements:  Some education in hospitality is an asset or at least two (2) years experience in a related field. It is essential to have strong customer service skills. The Coordinator must speak fluent English and preferably Greek or another tourist language (German, Russian, Italian etc).

Waiter
The restaurant department main responsibility is to serve the customers needs in a friendly and positive manner using the basic service procedures found in any first class restaurant. Essential duties include serving all non alcoholic beverages to the customers and constantly providing refills, learning the names and ingredients of all foods being served; attending all training meetings.
Dining Room Waiters commence as Assistant Waiters using the basic service procedures according to Hotel’s Standards. Promotion from Assistant Waiter to Restaurant Waiter is a very realistic goal if you want to succeed. It is your responsibility to utilize the training and make it work providing excellent service. As a member of the Food and Beverage team, you will play an important part in a customer's enjoyment.

Minimum requirements: High School Diploma and apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality Management; or six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
